Sarthak is a seasoned engineer with deep expertise in building and scaling distributed systems. With a strong emphasis on operational efficiency and data integrity, Sarthak has played a key role in advancing critical infrastructure projects at LinkedIn. He has contributed to the development of systems for Distributed Tracing and schema lifecycle management, among other foundational initiatives. Currently, Sarthak is leading the Prompt Lifecycle Management initiative at LinkedIn, collaborating closely with teams across Generative AI, Responsible AI, and other domains. His work is focused on enabling the faster, safer development of large language models (LLMs) and agentic applications, helping drive innovation and efficiency within LinkedIn's technology stack.
