Carlos Alcaide Santos is a software engineer specializing in backend development, data engineering, distributed systems, and artificial intelligence. Since 2021, he has been working with Apache Flink at Tb.lx, a Daimler Truck company. Prior to this, he gained valuable experience at Talkdesk and Present Technologies.

Carlos completed a specialization in Networking and System Administration in 2013 and earned a bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering with a focus on software engineering in 2018, both from the Coimbra Institute of Engineering. Currently, he is pursuing a master's degree in Informatics Engineering with a specialization in Intelligent Data Analysis at the same institution.
